Overview

We ship primarily within the United States, with select products available for international delivery. Shipping timelines vary by product type, as some items are made to order or fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printful.


Apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Hats, Tote Bags)

Apparel items are fulfilled on demand and are not stocked in advance.

  • Production time: 2–7 business days
  • Standard shipping (US): 3–5 business days after fulfillment
  • International shipping: Available to Canada, UK, Europe, Australia/NZ, Japan, Brazil, and select worldwide destinations. Delivery times vary by region (typically 7–21 business days).

Total estimated delivery time for apparel: 5–12 business days (US).


Custom Restyle Kits (Full Graphic Kits)

Custom Restyle kits are built to order and require additional lead time before shipment.

  • Production/lead time: Please allow 2–4 weeks for production
  • Shipping (US & Canada): Flat rate shipping via standard carrier
  • Note: Because these are custom-built orders, they cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun. Please review our cancellation policy before ordering.

Donuts

  • Shipping (US & Canada): Fulfilled via our Collective Carrier Service
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

Pit Boards

  • Shipping (US & Canada): Economy shipping
  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after fulfillment

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@terrainstyle.com. We'll work with the carrier to locate your shipment.


International Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are collected by the destination country.
